| Description |
This intelligent, active loyal
dog makes an excellent family pet and watchdog. They are good with children
and can be good with other pets if they are socialized with them from
puppyhood. They are fairly active and require regular exercise and space
to run and stretch out. Due to their large size, they are not the ideal
apartment dog. They are protective of their family and home. |
| Health |
A very hardy breed. Only minor
problems with hip dysplasia and joint problems. |
